Thanks for taking a few minutes to read what I have to say. I know there’s so much information being thrust in your face on a daily basis, so I promise not to blast you every day. I know how hard some days are to read everything you want and still be a productive person. As a busy mom of three girls, I will try to post semi-regularly, but we all know how quickly a schedule can go from calm to insane, so I hope you’ll cut me some slack.
As a college professor (still weird calling myself a professor after over 7 years of teaching college photography), I love teaching people new things about photography; whether it’s about the basics of photography or a new technique or skill that a seasoned photographer may or may not know about. I’m always learning myself because as technology improves, I need to improve with it. So, if you want to learn new things related to photography (including tips for better iPhone or Facebook photos, what to wear for a shoot, what gear drool over, or my current work, etc), then stick around and I’ll do my best to provide those answers.
If you ever have questions you’d like answered such as issues you’ve been having or how to do something cool you found on Pinterest, please leave me a comment or shoot me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “PHOTO QUESTION”. I’ll evaluate all requests and respond via my blog (unless it’s too personal) as soon as I can with the best answers I can provide, even if it requires some help from outside sources.
I am excited to share my photographic knowledge with you and I hope you like the topics I’ve got coming. Make sure to tell friends and family about my blog as well. Everyone can learn something here! Thanks for stopping by!
